Lott & Friedland lawyers named 'Best Intellectual Property Lawyers'

Leslie J. Lott of the Coral Gables law firm Lott & Friedland was named “Lawyer of the Year” in intellectual property for the Miami area in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Ms. Lott was also named “Best Lawyer” in the categories of alternative dispute resolution and intellectual property law. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for the past 15 years.

Lott & Friedland partners David Friedland and Mark Stein were also named “Best Lawyers” intellectual property law; and partner Ury Fischer was named “Best Lawyer” in information technology.

Ms. Lott, Mr. Friedland and Mr. Stein were also named Top Lawyers in the 2010 edition of South Florida Legal Guide.

In both publications, Ms. Lott, Mr. Friedland, Mr. Stein and Mr. Fischer were selected by their peers as being among the best in their profession. They practice exclusively in the intellectual property area, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, computer and Internet law, and domain name disputes.
