Kerdyk Real Estate closes sale of office building

Ed L. Boen and Barbara Tria of Kerdyk Real Estate recently closed the sale of an office building at 328 Minorca Ave. in Coral Gables.

The two-story building is listed in public records at 6,758 adjusted square feet, with a land area of 5,000 square feet and 12 on-site parking spaces.

Records show the sale price at $2.5 million or $370 per square foot (adjusted). The seller, 328 Minorca LLC, was represented by Ms. Tria; the buyer, ARA 328 LLC, was represented by Mr. Boen.
