Betty Alvarez, citizen journalist and events photographer for GablesHomePage.com, celebrated her big “Birthday Bash” on Tuesday, Jan. 29 (her real birthday), at Crave, located in the Village of Merrick Park.

Over 200 of her closest friends joined in the festivities as they enjoyed the delicious culinary options that Crave offered along with a special dance performance by Natalie Dance Show. Guests danced to the beat of DJ Tinello, who was joined by famous percussionist drummer Romao.

Christina Ward, marketing director of Crave, along with Clara Serrano, Founder of Freedom Concierge Services, thanked Betty for her service to the community, especially to Coral Gables. Afterward Betty was awarded Betty a certificate of appreciation by Soul of Miami.

In addition to hosting by Crave and Freedom Concierge Services, Betty’s Birthday Bash was sponsored in part by Megacity Events (Luigi Lone, owner).
