Museum’s high-speed social promotes 2-minute verbal drills
Equipped with their best elevator speeches to promote their businesses, more than 40 guests participated in Drinked In, the Coral Gables Museum’s first speed-networking event, on Wednesday evening, Dec. 12.
Rules were simple: Keep remarks to a maximum of two minutes and meet as many new contacts as possible.
Participants made the rounds — and enjoyed 2-1 rounds — at La Barra, the new Bacardi lounge at the museum, 285 Aragon Ave.
Organizers said the fun occasion proved, once and for all, it’s not just what you know — it’s who you know!
